Generally, you need to find the staging area on the coast. i think the operation is run nout of the coast guard center in mobile, but htere are two bp community outreach centers in Pensacola. If you are not from there and affected, don’t bother. I think there is a local preference as welll as preference for those put out of work (like fishermen). Good luck.

I feel that it is time to now make a serious move to get this resolved.Ifeel that this ball is in our court and our government is knowingly and allowing this global disaster to take place. Ifeel in this situation we were offered scientists from around the world to forbiden to stop this flow of oil.Knowing that this is big buisiness for the investors Ifeel now a legal action should be against our way of handling this . THIS DEFINETLY does not concern just the US.IT is now global.asking help from around the world ,this is a catastrophy who the heck do we think we are to say who can help.For knowing what this is and telling someone to clean it up ,lets do it legally I THINK WE ARE AS MUCH TO BLAME AS THE NEXT GUY.A mess in this quanity should be taken and handled and stopped by a more serious personel.
